NBHS is proud to be able to offer NBHS Marching Band in the fall, 4 HS Concert Bands year-round, 2 NGC Concert Bands year-round, 1 NGC  Jazz Band during the spring, 1 HS Jazz Band year-round, and 1 Colorguard class year-round. 
 
Outside-of-the-classroom opportunities include (but are not limited to): Varsity and Junior Varsity Winter Guard, Chamber Music Ensembles, Percussion Ensembles, UIL Solo and Ensemble, TMEA All-State, and Texas Future Music Educators.
